Giuseppe's Pizzeria & Ristorante

Giuseppe’s Pizzeria & Ristorante is a family owned and operated full-service restaurant located in the heart of beautiful Meredith, New Hampshire on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Nestled in the historic Mill Falls Marketplace, with old wooden beams, brick, stone, wrought iron and checkered tablecloths, this unique and popular “hidden gem” of a restaurant is one of the Lakes Region’s most loved since 1989.

Open daily, year- round, owners Julie Gnerre Bourgeois and Michael Bourgeois work hard to preserve the family business and the company’s motto: “Very Musical, Very Italian & Very Good! The philosophy of serving up great pizza and Italian specialties along with great live musical entertainment, was developed by the restaurants founder Joe “Giuseppe” Gnerre, when he and his family opened their first Pizzeria in Ogunquit, Maine in 1987.

Live Music shares the spotlight with the menu at Giuseppe’s, which includes some of the top 10 best pizzas in the world, pasta specialties, seafood, steak, chicken, veal, vegetarian options, gluten-free options, vegan options, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, desserts, cappuccino, beer, an amazing wine list, and spirits!

Giuseppe’s tributes its success and reputation  to its founder,  the late  and great Joe "Giuseppe" Gnerre, Pizza Master Extraordinaire, to its customers, and to its dedicated and devoted long- time employees who have worked at Giuseppe’s over the past 33 years.

Along with receiving annual awards for Best pizza in the Lakes Region and Most Friendly Staff in The Lakes Region, the most recent accolade features the recognition of front of house manager Alexander White, whom has been with the company for 30 years and proudly awarded the 2022 “Restaurant Employee of The Year” by the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association!

Guests may call (603)279-313 for a take-out order “To Go” or may request a reservation to dine in one of the four dining rooms:  The Main Dining Room, The Greenhouse Room, The Grotto, or the outdoor Patio at Giuseppe’s (weather permitting).  Reservations are highly recommended and greatly appreciated!
